California's 44th Congressional District is centered in South Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Harbor Region. The district's borders are delineated by the 110 Freeway on the west, the 105 Freeway to the north, and the 710 Freeway running along the eastern border until reaching the Pacific Ocean.
