You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; you are making this contribution with your own personal funds and not with funds provided by another person or entity; you are not a federal contractor; you are at least 18 years old; and this contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation, labor organization, national bank, or foreign national.

Federal law limits individual contributions to $3,500 per election. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
